Placing an Order

Registering for MyRittal is a simple 3 step process: 

1. Navigate to https://www.rittal.com/uk-en/shop/register and fill out all required details. 

2. A member of our Customer Service team will verify your account details within the hour (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). You will recieve an email confirming that your details have been verified. 

3. Log-in to MyRittal!

To place an order, you must first log in to your account. If you don't have an account, you can register here.

Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout.

Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your purchase.

Payment & Billing

We accept BACS transfers, and card payments can be made by phone. Call us on 01709 704000 with your order or invoice details to hand.

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, excluding weekend and bank holidays.

Yes – email your preferred contact details to our accounts team, and be sure to include your customer ID no.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and costs may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You'll see available shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number that you have been provided. You can also track your orders from your account dashboard.

Returns & Warranty

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. Queries outside of this window are dealt with on a case-by-case basis

Products containing electrical components are covered from 12x months from the date of sale

Any non-electrical products that you are concerned about should be reported to: CSD@rittal.co.uk as these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
