Andreas Huck, President Controlling, Finance, IT and HR at the Friedhelm Loh Group (l.), is presented with the “Top Employer Germany 2020” award by Steffen Neefe, Country Manager for the DACH region of the Top Employers Institute.

Since its foundation, a focus on employee development, motivation and qualifications-building has been woven into the Friedhelm Loh Group’s DNA. Building on its corporate principles, this conscious focus on employee development has evolved into a success story for the family-owned enterprise from central Hesse. Since 2008, the Top Employers Institute has named the Friedhelm Loh Group a “Top Employer Germany” in recognition of its achievements to benefit employees.

“We are proud of our re-certification, and owe our thanks to the active involvement of many colleagues from different areas. This award to the entire group is testimony to the fact that we are on the right track as employers,” says Andreas Huck, President Controlling, Finance, IT and HR at the Friedhelm Loh Group. “However, we will not rest on our laurels, but will continue to work tirelessly to create an optimum framework for the professional and personal advancement of our employees. “Lifelong Learning” is part of everyday life, because our employees are our key resource for driving the digital and industrial transformation forwards, both now and in the future.”

The Top Employers Institute, as the world’s leading certifier of outstanding employee conditions, presents awards to employers who have done impressive work in optimising HR processes and structures to create ideal prospects for employees.

Ongoing employee training is vita if we want to be best-placed to meet future challenges associated with digital networking. We want to meet this important task in a comprehensive way if we are to achieve and maintain technological leadership.
