Expansion of the business units to optimise customer processes in terms of energy and costs

Ulrich Engenhardt new Chief Business Units Officer at Rittal

New to the Rittal management team: Ulrich Engenhardt has been responsible for the enclosure, IT and energy system specialist business units since 1 June 2023. The business units are of growing importance to the global player to help customers optimise their value-creation processes in over 90 percent of industries.

New CBO

Ulrich Engenhardt has been the new Chief Business Units Officer (CBO) on the Rittal Executive Board since 1 June 2023. The 49-year-old is responsible for the global expansion of the business units at the leading system supplier of enclosures, power distribution, climate control systems and IT infrastructure, as well as software and services.

Over the past 20 years, Ulrich Engenhardt has been working in the top management of medium-sized companies in the mechanical engineering, automotive and medical technology sectors. Most recently, he headed the Professional Products business unit at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG, as Executive Vice President.
