Compact enclosure
Description of enclosure body:
Sturdy sheet steel construction consisting of 1.5 mm
sheet steel, folded and welded from a single piece,
with all-round protection channel on the door
aperture. Rear with recessed holes for wall brackets.
Steel is cleaned, nanoceramically pretreated,
degreased, phosphated, electrophoretic dipcoat primed
and polyester powder-coated with textured RAL 7035.
Base prepared for accommodating gland plates for
optimum cable entry. Door/s made from 2 mm sheet
steel, with foamed-in seal and spot-welded mounting
strips on both sides for individual configuration.
Doors with a 130° opening angle (can be retrofitted to
180°) with locking rod.
Description of interior installation:
Mounting plate made from 3 mm sheet steel may be
mounted in the rearmost position using system
punchings. Mounting plate slide block for easy
installation and clip fastening in the upper area for
secure and easy attachment.
Studs which are spot-welded on the enclosure body from
the inside in the side, roof and base area are used to
prepare for interior installation with the suitable
rail system.
Description of cable entry:
Variable gland plate combination is possible for
optimum cable entry in enclosures, with automatic
potential equalisation thanks to gland plate
attachment.
