With an impressive nine years of dedication to the company, Marc plays a crucial role in managing and motivating 23 distributors in the Northeast region. His passion for driving growth and fostering strong relationships within the industry has made him an invaluable asset to the brand.
What inspired you to pursue a career with Rittal?
My journey with Rittal began when a good friend and former colleague, Cliff Clark, informed me about an open position at the company. At the time, I was working as a sales engineer in the New England market. But I was immediately intrigued by the opportunity for change, and I was really inspired by Rittal's aggressive growth plans. During the interview process, I quickly realized that Rittal was an excellent fit for my skill set and aspirations.
What advice do you have for new hires at Rittal?
I think it's important to find a mentor and seek guidance from tenured individuals within the organization. The people on our team have invaluable knowledge and experience, and tapping into this knowledge and experience can help new team members better navigate the company and this industry as a whole.
What's something your teammates may not know about you?
I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 28 years.
What do you do for fun? Do you have any hobbies?
I enjoy any activity where keeping score is involved. I'm a pretty competitive person and I really don't like to lose. Aside from playing cornhole, my main hobby is detailing and working on cars.
